INTERNAL ENGAGEMENT

Gen-i approached Ink with a need to address poor engagement survey results. Employees had indicated that the organisation had room to improve in team-building and information sharing. Ink devised an inclusive process to create the Together book, based on the concept of staff sharing a blue ball of energy. Ink collaborated with staff to produced and art direct a 2 day photoshoot with Gen-i team members. Messaging and design was kept clear and jargon-free. Staff felt ownership of the resulting Together book in which, for the first time, the business plan was shared with the whole team.
